Our Service Area includes a 50 mile radius in a 7 county area in Southeastern Oklahoma including Bryan, Atoka, Coal, Johnston, Marshall, Choctaw, and Pushmataha counties, however, we will travel to Pontotoc, Carter, Love, Murray, and McCurtain counties. There is no extra charge for mileage within our coverage area as mileage is included in our pricing.A small surcharge will be added for locations outside of our service area (Click here for Google Maps).

Our rates are competitive! Our rates are based on Heated Square Footage (Living Space). No hidden charges for crawlspaces, attached garages, detached garages, shop buildings, or additional heating / cooling units and Hot Water Heaters.

Every inspection requires a signed inspection agreement and contract prior to inspection (Click here to view). Payment must be made when the agreement and contract is signed (Click here for payment options). Upon completion of the inspection, the clients will receive a copy of the signed Agreement and Contract in addition to a Summary report of deficiencies found during the inspection mailed to the mailing address provided (Click here to view a Summary Report).
